So that Austria is represented in Europe.

Whether strengthening our business location, promoting young talent or protecting the alpine economy – as a Member of the European Parliament, I am committed to finding solutions for everyone.

Europe must regain its leading position and focus more strongly on the major issues
Protecting external borders, a common approach to migration, climate protection, strengthening the business location and driving innovation.
Economy & Labor Market
The social market economy is the cornerstone of our prosperity.
I stand for an economic policy that puts people at the center, creates jobs, and ensures the competitiveness of the European Union.
Security & Community
Security is the foundation of freedom and peaceful coexistence. The People’s Party stands for policies that strengthen the rule of law and ensure the safety of our citizens.
Environment & Sustainability
Protecting our environment is a responsibility we owe to future generations. At the European level, I am committed to sustainable development that unites ecology and economy. Climate change is one of the greatest challenges of our time, and we must respond with innovation and determination.
Migration
We need strong external borders that provide protection against illegal migration while upholding humanitarian responsibility and the rule of law. A strong EU external border does not mean isolation, but control: We must ensure that legal migration is possible and that people in need of protection receive it – through an orderly, swift, and above all, fair process.
EU Enlargement
The expansion of the EU is a strategic investment in peace, stability, and prosperity.
As the European People’s Party, we support the accession prospects for countries that clearly commit to democracy, the rule of law, and European values – especially those in the Western Balkans.
Education & Future Opportunities
Education and training are the keys to the future. My vision is an education system that provides everyone, regardless of their background, access to high-quality learning opportunities. Successful exchange programs like Erasmus must become just as accessible for apprentices and master craftsmen as they are for university students. School and educational qualifications should be recognized across the EU. This is how Europe becomes tangible.
Innovation and Reducing Bureaucracy
Cutting bureaucracy is urgently needed to promote innovation and make Europe a global leader. I am committed to drastically reducing bureaucracy so that businesses can focus on growth and innovation.
Digitalization
Europe needs clear framework conditions that reconcile security, data protection and competitiveness. We need to become digitally sovereign – with our own technology, strong companies and fair rules of the game.
